Payment is expected at the time of service
If you have health insurance
I prefer for you to pay me, and have insurance reimburse you.
If you prefer, I will bill them directly and collect unreimbursed charges from you. Most insurance pays a portion of treatment fees. Check with your insurance for details.
There is no charge for appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, full charges apply.
To maximally protect your privacy, I do all my own billing and avoid collection agencies when possible.
